These courses are designed as your first insight into the Sunrise product, this can include first look at services, and how to collect data from your system for basic reports.
These courses are designed as your first insight into the Sunrise product, this can include first look at services, and how to collect data from your system for basic reports.
Attendees will gain understanding of the Sunrise system enough to train their Users/Contacts in how to access the system, then add, view, and update records in one key service.
Delegates should be involved with the training of end users in their organisation, this training is focussed on demonstration basic functionality of Sunrise, for the customer to pass on skills to their staff members on how to use the system.
½ day (1x 3.5-hour session)
To deliver basic training on reports using the default offering in the Sunrise product.
Customer team members involved with the reporting aspect from Sunrise, delegates should understand what data they want to report on from Sunrise. This session focuses on the default reporting but can offer insights into the next step to reporting, either with advanced training, or additional configuration.
