Attendees will gain understanding of some intermediate administrative tasks to enhance the system, these attendees should be involved with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the system. This is one of two intermediate administrative courses.
All customer contacts who are required to administer their Sunrise system and are designated contacts for liaising with the Sunrise Customer Service Desk. Delegates should have access to an administrative account and have had exposure to the system by working with it previously or having attended basic administration training.
½ day (1x 3.5-hour session)
