Beginner Training

Aim

Attendees will gain understanding of some basic administrative tasks to enhance the system, these attendees should be involved with the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the system. This is one of two basic administrative courses.

Who should attend?

All customer contacts who are required to administer their Sunrise system and are designated contacts for liaising with the Sunrise Customer Service Desk. Delegates should have access to an administrative account and have had exposure to the system by working with it previously or having attended Sunrise training.

• Introduction to Fields, adding new fields and updating field entries
• Association Management
• Filter Management

½ day (1x 3.5-hour session)
