Welcome to the New Self Service Portal!
Customer engagement is becoming increasingly important and we had lots of requests to enhance the current self-service portal. But we didn't want to just enhance the current portal, we wanted to give you a brand new portal built from the ground upwards using the latest technology!

Customise Your Portal
The portal is fully customisable with its own themes allowing you to fully brand the portal with your corporate colour schemes. It ships with an additional blue theme designed specially for our NHS clients and you can add your own custom themes.
This is an example of a blue colour scheme based on the default NHS colours but it is available to all customers. Not a theme that reflects your company? No problem - feel free to add your own based on your exact colours!
The themes span the whole product from the landing pages to the record details. Here you can see the new timeline feature which presents a modern yet familiar way for end users to be able to check the status and history of their records.
